No! Currently services are provided on location only, meaning we come to you wherever you will be in the Charleston area.

Payment for services will be taken on the day of only & all payments must be in 1 single transaction. 20% Gratuity will be added to Wedding Day end service total & will exclude travel/parking. We accept credit card or cash only & we Do Not accept Venmo.

Please submit cancellation in writing via email; deposit will not be returned. 

You have up until 45 days prior to the service date to make any changes to your contract. After that all services are considered to be locked in. Any service wishing to cancel within the 45 days will need to either be replaced by another service, or be paid for in full by Bride. If we do not have your final confirmed service count & photo ready time by 45 days prior to the service date, we cannot guarantee adequate staffing to complete all requested services. Adding services will more than likely affect the start time & will only be completed providing scheduling permits.

We recommend scheduling your trial 1-4 months before your wedding to allow time for any adjustments. While we understand many brides are from out of town, we can accommodate trials as close as the week or day before the wedding, depending on timing. Preview sessions are available only between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM, with no exceptions. Weekends (Friday-Sunday) during peak season are reserved for weddings, and in the off-season, trials are based on stylist availability. We can’t guarantee weekend bookings, but we’ll do our best to accommodate if space allows. Please provide multiple date options when inquiring.

Of course! We want you to feel beautiful and confident on your wedding day! Open communication during your preview session is key to ensuring we're on the same page. If the session doesn’t go as planned or time runs short, there’s no extra charge for a second session. However, if we left the session thinking you were happy with the results and you later decide to try a different style, the same trial session rate will apply.

Along with your inspiration photos, we recommend bringing all your wedding day accessories, like your hair clip or veil (preferably with a metal comb, as bobbi pins work better with these). Earrings, necklaces, and something in a similar color to your dress are also helpful. It can be hard to imagine the full look in casual clothing, so having your accessories will help you get a clearer vision and ensure you're happy with the final result!

As the Owner, I take on as many brides as possible and hire freelancers for additional bridal party services or when I’m unavailable on a particular date. 

Here’s what you should know:

On the wedding day, I focus solely on the bride, spending about 3.5 hours to ensure she looks and feels her absolute best. No exceptions!

Freelance artists are booked based on availability and are only confirmed once your date is secured with Wild Ivory. While you can request specific freelancers, we can’t confirm who your stylist will be until the booking is made.
You can view our freelancers’ work on the “Freelancers” tab of our website and in our Instagram story highlights. We update this content regularly and do not send photos via email or text.
Freelancers’ contact details are not shared, per their contract. All communication is handled through me, and they’ll receive your info just before the booking in case they need to reach you.
